Step 2: Record your welcome video together
Option A: I interview you on Teams (recorded in Descript) and we pull the best clips.
Option B: You share multiple takes with me and we collate the parts you're happy with.
No need to be "camera-ready" or perfectly polished—we'll handle practice takes and on-the-spot feedback.
Step 3: Real-time editing + upload
We edit your video together on Teams while you watch. I'll cut out pauses, tighten pacing, and export the final file—then walk you through uploading it to your DSN profile (or I'll do it for you).

What Happens After You Book
3-Session Package (2-Week Timeline):
Within 24 hours: You receive a short intake form (5 questions about your practice + ideal clients) and a tech setup checklist.
Week 1, Session 1 (60 min): We dial in your tech (camera, sound, lighting), map your ideal client, and co-write your talking-point outline.
Week 1-2, Session 2 (60 min): We record your welcome video together on Teams.

6-Session Package (3-4 Week Timeline):
Everything in the 3-session package, PLUS:
Week 3, Session 4 (60 min): Video strategy call. We map which videos to create next (website intro? LinkedIn profile? Client explainer?) and when to film them.
Week 3-4, Session 5 (60 min): We record your second video together on Teams (same process as Session 2).
Week 4, Session 6 (60 min): We edit your second video together on Teams in real-time, export it, and get it ready to publish.

I hate being on camera. Can this still work for me?
Yes. Most of the people I work with dislike cameras. We keep the process conversational and gentle, and we prioritize honesty over perfection. You’ll have space for warm-up takes, and I’ll coach you on small shifts (pace, tone, wording) that make a big difference without making you feel fake.
What kind of equipment do I need?
Most divorce professionals use a current smartphone or a built-in laptop webcam with a simple external microphone if available. Before our session you’ll get a short checklist with suggestions for lighting and positioning using what you already own—no studio setup required.
Will you actually help me upload it to DSN?
Yes. Part of the sprint is making sure the video doesn’t just live on your desktop. You’ll get clear, plain-language instructions specific to DSN, and if you’d like, we can walk through the upload process together on screen-share.
Do I need to download software myself?
No. Both packages include real-time editing on Teams, where we'll use my editing software (Descript) on screen-share. You don't need to download anything—just show up to the sessions and I'll handle all the technical side. You can focus on shipping your video, not learning new software.
What if I need revisions after we record?
You get 1 set of revisions included in your package:
3-session package: 1 revision on your DSN welcome video
6-session package: 1 revision per video (2 total)
Most videos are completed inside the live sessions, but if you want to tweak phrasing, trim the video, or adjust pacing after seeing the final version, we'll handle that within 1 week of your final session.
Can I use the video outside of DSN?
Absolutely. You’ll receive a standard video file you can use on your website, in email introductions, or in referral follow-up. During the sprint, I’ll suggest 2–3 simple ways to repurpose it without extra recording.
What if I don't have time for 3-6 sessions?
Most divorce professionals complete their welcome video in 3-4 hours of total session time, spread over 2-4 weeks. Sessions are 60 minutes each, and you can schedule them around your existing caseload.
